Le Fontane was established in Gandia in 1997 by Fina Vivanco and Franco Carboni, winner of the prize for the best pizza in Spain in 1993.

We have been active in the city for more than 25 years, making Le Fontane Gandia the oldest takeaway restaurant in Gandia.

One big family

Many of those who are now part of the great family of Le Fontane have been with us since the beginning, like Lorena Faus, who a few years ago decided to take the reins of this great business to continue offering the same service, flavours and quality as always.
